Lead floor-level operational transformation to improve efficiency, quality, and overall production output
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
· Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, quality, and maintenance.
· Establish and monitor key operational metrics and performance indicators.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, OSHA, FDA, and regulatory standards.
· Optimize manufacturing capacity, inventory management, and production scheduling.
· Implement and update systems across the facility with continuous improvement strategies in mind
· Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company goals and long-term growth initiatives.
· Lead and mentor department leaders to build a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative culture.
· Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment decisions.
· Identify operational risks and implement scalable solutions to support future expansion.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required.
· 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in beverage manufacturing, food manufacturing, co-manufacturing, or related industries. Depth of experience in operational experience will be considered over tenure.
· Proven experience leading large-scale operational teams and multi-department functions.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain operations.
· Experience with strategic planning, KPI development, and operational budgeting.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage organizational growth and operational scaling.
· Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
Preferred Experience
· Experience in beverage production or co-packing environments.
· Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement certification.
· Experience managing high-volume production facilities.
· Track record of driving operational efficiencies and profitability improvements.
