We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic delivery team supporting the evolution of a leading banking client’s trading application platform. You will play a key role in designing user-centric experiences for trading and investment products, helping transform complex workflows into intuitive and accessible digital journeys.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design capabilities with user experience expertise and enjoys collaborating closely with product, business, and engineering teams in Agile environments.
What You’ll Do
- Create intuitive, user-focused designs and prototypes for web and mobile trading applications using Figma
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging user experiences
- Conduct user journey mapping, wireframing, interaction design, and usability improvements across digital products
- Maintain and contribute to scalable design systems, UI standards, and design consistency across platforms
- Support design reviews, user feedback sessions, and iterative improvements throughout the product lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, enterprise platforms, or financial services applications
- Strong hands-on expertise with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
- Experience collaborating within Agile or cross-functional product delivery teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with attention to detail
Bonus Points For
- Experience designing trading platforms, banking applications, or fintech products
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff processes
- Understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and analytics-driven design improvements
- Exposure to mobile-first and responsive design strategies
- Experience working closely with frontend engineering teams to ensure design implementation quality
