Job Description

Creative Services is about building customer-centric experiences - because happy end users create happy clients. This discipline houses researchers, strategists, designers, artists and marketers who use data and strategic design to build and release practical services, tools, user interfaces and experiences across all platforms and channels. 

Responsibilities:

• Research, strategize, and design user experiences for digital platforms. 
• Oversee and/or conduct quantitative and qualitative research, UX design, and usability testing to align with user needs and business objectives. Capable of presenting work to clients.
• Follow user-centered design principles and industry standards to craft meaningful experiences across various devices and platforms.
• Works closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
• Formulate design experiences that achieve the goals of both clients and end-users.
• Collaborate with UX and Development partners to ensure the overall vision is achieved.
• Lead junior designers and own the UX design phase of medium to large-sized projects.

Qualifications

• +6 years of experience creating functional, usable, and beautiful applications (desktop and mobile).
• UX: Research, Interviews, Benchmarking, Personas, User Journeys, User Flows, Sitemaps, flowcharts, Usability Testing, Metrics. 
• UI: High fidelity visual design skills, knowledge of transitions and animations. Mobile Guidelines. Color Theory, Typography, Iconography. 
• In-depth knowledge of Branding and Style Guide creation. 
• In-depth knowledge of Atomic Design.
• Proficient in wireframing and prototyping.
• Understanding of Human behavior.
• Proficient in applying conceptual thinking to create desirable, feasible, and viable digital solutions across multiple platforms, bringing together user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. 
• Experience in teamwork with global members, Design Thinking and Agile Methodologies 
• Excellent communication, and negotiation skills. Creativity and analytical thinking. 
• Experience in leading teams.
