The Role:
Lead transformative marketing strategies for our Orthopaedic Instruments product group (power tools). In this role, you’ll influence product launches, customer engagement, and market growth—making a real impact on improving patient outcomes worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute product, program, and portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain industry networks to monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Author and align key strategic documents, including annual marketing plans and product launch plans.
- Anticipate emerging customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Initiate and lead new product and service offerings based on customer insights and market analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets, analyze variances, and deliver accurate financial reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and outcomes.
- Build relationships with industry thought leaders and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
