Senior UI/UX Designer

Our team of 1,000+ engineers operates out of 8 engineering hubs running code 24/7/365 to serve users around the world. This is run through a modern software stack supporting over 250 fully automated releases per month to our main live environment. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be part of the Product Design Department and will report to the UI/UX Manager Designer. It is expected you will engage in User Interface and User Experience design in our products. You should be able to balance usable designs with smart, creative design solutions and should be eager to push boundaries to achieve the most effective results by collaborating ideas effectively in brainstorming sessions as part of an international team of professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, concepts, and new product features.
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate solutions.
• Explore new ideas, explore creative approaches, and drive continuous improvement through innovation and consistency.
• Design beautiful, functional, and cohesive user interfaces aligned with our design language.
• Actively contribute in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions.
• Work closely with managers, product owners, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define user experience strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Prepare final design files for development and oversee implementation to ensure quality execution.
• Present design concepts, visuals, and user experience insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively in an agile environment, supporting the team in fast‑paced delivery cycles.
• Operate independently or as part of a team while contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UI/UX work (B2B experience is a pus).
• Bachelor’s degree in graphics or related to the design field.
• Deep expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and design system management.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in agile environments with tools such as Jira.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects is an advantage).
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication in English (advanced level required).

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with Motion Design in After Effects, Spine or Rive is a plus.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
