What You'll Bring:
How You’ll Contribute:
- Contribute to UX/UI design efforts across multiple products and applications, including large-scale redesign initiatives
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Create interactive Proof of Concept (PoC) prototypes to validate ideas, assess technical feasibility, and support stakeholder demos and decision-making
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research and usability testing in collaboration with the design lead
- Produce clear, well-structured reports from user testing results to support product and design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Help maintain consistency and scalability across products and shared design systems
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, research insights, and data
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems, Auto Layout, variants, and design systems
- Hands-on experience using Figma Make
- Experience conducting user testing and producing clear, insight-driven reports
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience designing user interfaces and experiences for both mobile applications and responsive web platforms
- Experience designing and simplifying complex, multi-step UX workflows and data-driven user flows
- Experience working in fintech or other highly regulated industries, with an understanding of compliance, security, and user trust considerations
- Ability to work across multiple products or applications simultaneously
- High level of English proficiency, with the ability to clearly communicate design decisions verbally and in writing
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI-assisted design or development tools, such as Claude Code or similar
- Experience contributing to large-scale product or platform redesign initiatives
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile or iterative development environments
Impact You'll Make:
The UX/UI Designer is a key member to the Specialized Risk Group (SRG) product team. You will act as SME for UX/UI best practices by being involved in every aspects of the product design process including concept ideation, creating wireframes, mock-ups, generating reports, documentation, and more. You will maintain on-brand UX standards and stay abreast of usability trends to help customize digital properties based on customers’ needs.
In this position, your ability to establish strong cross-functional collaborative relationships with regional Product, Project and IT team members will be showcased; including working closely with the Product and Development team to understand product performance and identify areas of ongoing optimization.
Overall, your contribution to the success of the team is focusing on developing insights-driven wireframes, mock-ups, low- and high-fidelity prototypes that can be translated into or used in conjunction with requirements / user stories. You will create workflows and designs for assigned tasks, meanwhile through understanding our current user flows / designs you will be able to propose needed enhancements. Finally, you will be making a key impact by designing on-going improvements of a highly visible web application and making it more user-friendly for our customers.
