Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Treasury Technology & AI Innovation
- Embed with the Treasury Cash team to learn processes end-to-end, then design and build AI-assisted workflows using tools such as Claude, Claude Code, and the ServiceNow platform, turning recurring tasks like bank signer updates, KYC requests, bank guarantee and surety bond administration, and treasury reporting into autonomous or near-autonomous processes
- Serve as one of the team's Kyriba power users, unlocking platform capabilities, optimizing configurations, and translating Treasury business needs into technical requirements that drive system enhancements and integrations
- Own process documentation, training, and adoption for all new technology workflows
M&A Treasury Integration & Cash Operations
- Assist the International Treasury Director across all M&A integration activities; serve as one of the primary Treasury contacts with the Finance M&A integration team and represent the Treasury workstream with clarity and accountability
- Lead bank account rationalization for acquired entities, mapping, consolidating, and closing accounts; manage all related KYC, signatory updates, and migration onto ServiceNow's core banking structure
- Perform standard cash operations for in-flight integrations (positioning, forecasting, transaction management) while supporting intercompany funding and migration onto ServiceNow's cash management model; maintain task tracking and metrics, and apply AI tools to turn complex integration activities into streamlined, repeatable processes
Qualifications
Your Background
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance operations, or a tech-adjacent finance role - we care more about how you think than where you came from
- Independent self-starter who drives results, communicates clearly, and builds strong cross-functional relationships
- A genuine builder's mindset around AI and automation - you don't wait to be asked; you find the inefficiency, design the fix, and bring others along
- Comfortable working in complex enterprise systems - experience with a TMS, ERP, or similar corporate platform preferred; we can teach the tools, but you need to be technically curious and unafraid of learning new systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CTP, CPA, or CFA preferred
