Senior TranSCend Business User Access Manager
For the project TranSCend Innovative Medicine (IM), the Senior Business UAM Manager is the business lead to support the end-to-end User Access Management framework implementation during the SAP S4 HANA program.
The candidate is an SAP S4 HANA authorization subject matter expert who will work in close collaboration with the TranSCend IM Global Transformation project team and other key stakeholders to ensure a robust, lean, and compliant authorization concept is implemented, including the deployment of the business user access management governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on best practices for business user access management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate closely with functional and compliance teams to accurately collect and document business and compliance requirements for role design specifications and audits.
Evaluate, monitor, and ensure adherence to the defined authorization concept. Work with IT Security, business, and compliance functions to translate requirements into technical SAP S4 HANA role implementations and quality assurance.
Perform impact assessments on relevant ecosystems affected by the authorization concept.
Collaborate closely with other User Access Management (UAM) workstreams, such as Governance and Integration, within the TranSCend Pharma project.
Ensure operational readiness on run stage by supporting the IMUAM operational team through project documentation, knowledge transfer, and integration efforts.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and ensure the timely delivery of milestones.
Oversee the day-to-day project operational framework, ensuring successful implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
Facilitate regular project status and risk meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress and challenges; proactively identify and address issues as they arise.
Monitor the IM UAM team project timelines, budgets, and resources, providing updates to management as necessary.
Ensure IM UAM team project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to the defined success criteria and management reporting requirements.
Support various S4 systems and process integrations within S4 for role design, testing, and usage.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in working for international companies and a minimum of 5 years of people management.
Specialist in SAP S4 HANA authorization concepts and familiar with different compliance requirements such as SoX, GxP, IT, and Privacy.
Experience in SAP S4 HANA Implementation Projects.
Good understanding of SOD, mitigation, and remediation concepts.
Superb project management skills.
Strong teamwork capabilities in a virtual/remote working environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and conflict management skills.
Great problem-solving skills.
Very good oral and written skills in English.
