Purpose:
Provides administrative support to the Site Training organization. Responsible for the record keeping and traceability of training documentation including attendance forms and metrics reporting. Executes as the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS) in the site. Responsible for the centralization of training coordination and communications for the site.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Administers and maintains the LMS (Learning Management System)
- Responsible for preparing training metrics and results as required by management
- Develops and maintains Site Training Curricula
- Prepares Annual Training Calendar
- Verifies data entry and hard copy training records to ensure data is accurate through
- periodic inspection.
- Coordinates class arrangements, facilities, and needed resources for training
- programs.
- Coordinates the training program for new hires.
- Coordinates the training program for TWI trainers on site, as applicable.
- Organizes and delivers materials such as participant manuals, tent cards, visual aids
- for all workshops.
- Provides support to the training area during audits/inspections.
- Coordinates and maintains the training area resources (equipment and material).
- Communicates and escalates to the next management level as needed
- Reconciles the department expenses and generates purchase orders when needed.
- Executes any other activity as required by the Training Leader.
- Experience as subject matter trainer to conduct Train the Trainer and training sessions
- Administers New Hire Orientation training program
- Leads projects of low complexity.
- Can create procedures and / or collaborate in relation to the training processes (administration of training curricula, training registers, training within an industry, OP Cert, archive, external regulatory agencies, operator certification, audit processes etc.)
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- EDUCATION: Truncated Career, Finished Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Education (preferent).
- JOB EXPERIENCE: 4-6 years relevant working experience in training positions is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office —Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in an FDA and/or European regulatory environment is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Presentation skills knowledge or ability
- Intermediate - Advanced English
