  • Audits and Investigations: Responding to inquiries from government agencies and participating in audits. 

  • Developing Policies and Procedures: Developing and updating trade compliance policies and procedures.

  • In-depth Knowledge: A strong understanding of U.S. and international trade laws and regulations. 

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in import and export compliance matters. 

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify potential risks. 

  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve trade compliance issues. 

Education: A bachelor's degree is required. A law degree is preferred. 
 

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NY generally ranges: $1-$100,000,000 CA generally ranges: $188,260-$282,390 All other locations fall under our General State range: $163,200-$244,800 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
