Senior Total Rewards Representative

POSITION LOCATION

This position is available to Virginia residents as Richmond, Virginia hybrid/in-office applicants.

YOUR ROLE

As a Human Resources team member, you'll help create the culture and associate experience that enables and inspires us to do our best each day in serving our customers, communities, and each other-now and in the future. Reporting to the Global Mobility Services Leader, the Total Rewards Representative provides functional support for Immigration and Total Rewards Program Management to sustain the Total Rewards disciplines, which include Benefits/Compensation/Immigration/Mobility/Payroll and HR Policies.

What you will be doing

  • In partnership with Genworth's immigration attorneys, this role will be responsible for supporting immigration filings and expirations as well as coordinating with the business on gathering required immigration documentation for work authorization filings
  • Effectively respond to immigration inquiries from across all businesses to include employees, managers, HR Business Partner's and Talent Acquisition
  • Ownership and processing of Total Rewards team expense reports and purchase orders
  • Provide key support across all disciplines of Total Rewards (benefits/compensation/payroll) (e.g. testing for open enrollment period or updating Total Rewards statements)
  • Monitor, audit, and update HR Corporate Policies to include tracking and work with stakeholders to update policies as needed
  • Administer Outplacement engagement for lack of work process to include maintenance of ongoing LOW packet documentation
  • Provide support for Total Rewards/Corporate HR budget

What you bring

  • 2-3 years' experience in human resources, project management, finance or degree in similar area
  • Deep attention to detail with an analytical and compliance focused mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate information concisely across all levels of the organization and diverse backgrounds
  • Strong Excel skills to include creation, analysis and manipulation of spreadsheets
  • Solid Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • High level of initiative with a drive for results and the ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding customer service with analytical and problem-solving skills focused on finding a way to "get to yes"
  • High acumen for technology with a drive for continuous learning
  • Ability to handle sensitive confidential information
  • Familiarity with US Immigration or Legal a plus
  • Track record of driving process improvements preferred
  • Experience in a large global company environment a plus
