About the Role 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA professional to take ownership of designing and implementing performance, correctness, and end-to-end testing strategies across multiple environments. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing test runs, identifying issues, and collaborating closely with the development team to drive product quality. Your main focus will be the development of new end-to-end tests with Cypress and Playwright. You will develop and maintain robust Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and manage test cases within Azure DevOps. A strong focus on defining test strategies, gathering requirements, and creating test plans, test data, and documentation is essential. 
You will play a key role in software roll-outs, ensuring stability and reliability through thorough validation processes. Additionally, you will be expected to document bugs and deviations, contribute to continuous improvement of the testing framework, and actively engage in knowledge-sharing with other Test Leads to uphold and elevate testing standards across the organization. 
 

What You’ll Do 

• Build and maintain automated tests (performance, correctness, E2E) 
• Analyze test results and raise issues proactively 
• Develop and manage Azure DevOps YAML pipelines 
• Create and maintain test cases, plans, and test data 
• Define test strategies and contribute to release quality 
• Continuously improve testing frameworks and processes 
• Collaborate with devs, QA leads, and DevOps engineers 
• What You’ll Need 
• Strong experience with Cypress, Playwright, TypeScript, PowerShell Core (or any other scripting language), .NET Core 
• Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Test Plans, Boards) 
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation frameworks, and Agile delivery 
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills 

Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services, Power BI, Databricks, or Python 
• Frontend experience with Angular or React and HTML/CSS 
• Knowledge of Git, VS Code, and performance/security testing
