Lead Business Analyst for a CIAM IT-security product: manage governance and compliance, elicit and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements, maintain backlog and user stories, support IT Product Manager, facilitate Agile ceremonies, produce documentation and stakeholder communications, and coordinate security and audit readiness.

Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions using Azure and various big data technologies. Support report generation and data analysis.
