About the Team:

Our Physical Markets team supports traders participating in Australia’s real-time energy markets, specifically the National Electricity Market (NEM). These traders make critical decisions about electricity generation and consumption based on market signals, asset constraints, and regulatory rules. It’s a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where reliability, accuracy, and timeliness are crucial.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be embedded in a collaborative, cross-functional team, working alongside engineers, product owners, and traders to:

• Design and execute robust test strategies for mission-critical systems

• Build and maintain automated regression and performance test suites

• Ensure reliability and quality in systems that must operate around the clock

• Deeply understand market rules and translate them into testable conditions

• Actively shape the direction of the platform through your insights and quality lens
