Lead AGL’s Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program and ensure compliance with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act. Provide enterprise-wide risk and compliance advice, translate regulatory requirements into practical frameworks, oversee monitoring and assurance activities, strengthen control effectiveness, and partner with senior stakeholders to improve risk management and regulatory readiness.

Leads the Commercial & Data enabling function for an electrification business, overseeing commercial modelling, financial analysis, business cases, performance reporting, investment prioritisation, and value-realisation frameworks. Manages Opex and Capex governance while partnering with product, finance, strategy, technology, and executive stakeholders. Builds and develops a high-performing team and supports commercially sound, data-driven decisions across electrification products and initiatives.

Provides independent oversight and challenge of commodity and treasury risk portfolios, including electricity, gas, environmental products, foreign exchange, interest rate, liquidity, and funding risks. Leads risk investigations, control assessments, framework enhancements, stress testing reviews, governance reporting, audit support, and regulatory initiatives. Advises senior stakeholders, escalates material risks, and coaches analysts.

Manage end-to-end solar and battery installation delivery from sale through invoicing. Coordinate installer partners, site inspections, grid connections, installation schedules, documentation, compliance, stock alignment, and performance reporting. Maintain service levels, strengthen partner relationships, collaborate with sales and customer service, and identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Leads performance management, forecasting, financial planning, scenario modelling, commercial analysis, and strategic decision support for the Consumer Growth business. Owns KPI and reporting frameworks, supports budgeting and resource allocation, identifies risks and opportunities, and translates complex financial and performance data into recommendations. Partners with senior stakeholders across Customer Markets, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to improve planning, investment decisions, acquisition strategy, and business outcomes.

Lead strategic planning for AGL’s Energy Hubs program, including whole-of-site structure planning, land-use assessments, rezoning, precinct planning, site access, and infrastructure corridors. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, government stakeholders, regulators, and internal teams. Assess tenant and development opportunities, monitor planning reforms and industry trends, and develop frameworks supporting future industries, infrastructure, and commercial opportunities.

Handles inbound customer calls involving account and billing inquiries, complaints, account changes, payments, and issue resolution. Identifies sales and retention opportunities, recommends tailored energy products and services, and works toward customer service, sales, and KPI targets. The role includes paid onsite training, ongoing coaching, and rotating weekday shifts in Adelaide.

Drives portfolio-level assurance and governance for greenfield power-development projects. The role oversees project management framework compliance, project controls, stage-gate readiness, cost, schedule, risk and value information, and prepares decision-ready insights for leadership and investment forums. It also improves governance processes, data quality and cross-functional accountability across development, construction, finance and strategy teams.

Provides independent oversight and analysis of market and treasury risks across commodity and financial portfolios. Monitors exposures, limits, controls, policy compliance, risk events, valuation data, stress testing, and scenario analysis. Prepares reporting for governance forums, supports audits and regulatory reviews, enhances risk frameworks, and collaborates with Markets, Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders. The role also contributes to automation, data quality, remediation tracking, and continuous improvement.
