Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards
- Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data
- Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
- Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews
- Assist managers in building quarterly and annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business partners supported
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to staff, interns and external contractors
- 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Information Security Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science.
- 12 years of working experience on information security applications and knowledge on identity access management.
- 9 plus years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau experience, automation tools like Power Automate, Low code or no code tools like Power Apps.
- Experience in AGILE methodology, Kanban Process, and strong analytical skills.
- Proven Experience of handling reporting and analytical products (Power BI, Tableau) and ELT tools like Alteryx.
- Experience with identifying / building / optimizing KPI's/ Identifying and reporting key risk issues.
- Ability to manage and track those deliverables effectively.
- Ability to work with complex teams; have global experience, specifically US banks.
- Solid skills to deep dive on data issues, resolve to the fullest, challenge interpretation, and make recommendations on facts and logics
- Considerable years of information security applications and systems experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Technical Process definition and documentation experience
- Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence and data warehouse.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
- Ability to work cohesively and collaborate with analytic functions throughout the organization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security - IAM domain.
- Experience working in a large enterprise environment
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
- This position requires a self-starter who is willing to research Wells Fargo best practices and processes for managing servers, code repositories and change releases. This is a fairly new process for IAM Analytics & Reporting that will require the ability to dig into Enterprise documentation and communicate to team, create internal process documentation and taking ownership to ensure the team follows the standards
