- More than 6 years of experience in Business Analysis or related experience in IT

- Responsible for analyzing and understanding of business and functional requirements
- Translating complex business needs and requirements in detail and be able to translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with developers and end users to ensure technical and functional compatibility
- Conducting detailed gap analysis of a product versus the requirements and doing Impact Analysis
- Creates project specific planning and scope documentation and secures stakeholder sign off
- Perform System Testing to ensure the delivery of quality product and UAT support from a functional perspective
- Prepare release notes for new changes/enhancement done in the system
