We are looking for a Senior Technical Talent Recruiter based in Argentina to join our team in a full-time, remote role.

This role goes beyond traditional recruiting; you will play a key role in building world-class technical teams across multiple software engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with Talent Leads to provide market insights to shape our hiring strategy.
- Own the pipeline by designing and executing creative and advanced sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow. Design multi-channel outreach strategies that actually convert.
- Elevate the candidate’s experience by ensuring every candidate has a stellar impression of our company.
- Own the full life cycle of the recruiting process by handling candidates through sourcing, interviews, feedback cycles, offer negotiation, and closing. Maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations with candidates is key for us.
- Conduct HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate experience and cultural alignment, and ensure consistent and high-quality evaluation processes.
- Maintain accurate and in real time candidate records in the ATS.
- Maintain a living talent map across key software engineering roles.
- Be our company’s brand ambassador, representing us and communicating the value of our mission, culture, and technology.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruiting.
- Be a team player; teamwork is essential to becoming a member of our Talent Recruiting team.
- Staffing our openings with the best talent within the first 3 weeks is key to our candidates' and clients' experience.
Requirements
- Advanced English Level
- 3+ years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter for US companies, owning the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
- 2+ years of experience working remotely.
- 2+ years of experience working for staff augmentation companies.
- Proven and in-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill requirements.
- 1+ years of experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment with a result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical recruiting practices.
- Excellent and proactive communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
- Ability to manage unexpected situations and recover fast.
- Bs. Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology or related fields.
