Senior Technical Program Manager

On the Job

• Program Ownership & Delivery- Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs across product, engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and external partners. Drive program planning, roadmap definition, dependency management, execution tracking, and launch readiness. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.


• Strategic & Business Impact- Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing time-to-market, improving platform scalability, and optimizing cost across engineering and operations. Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business objectives, regulatory needs, and customer impact. Balance tactical execution with long-term platform and architectural thinking.


• Technical Leadership- Act as a technical problem solver, unblocking teams by driving consensus, identifying innovative solutions, and making sound trade-off decisions. Work closely with engineering teams on system design, architecture reviews, and technical execution. Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical plans. 


• Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with senior business and engineering leadership to define program goals, success metrics, and execution plans. Provide clear, data-driven program updates to leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment and smooth releases. 


• Process & Execution Excellence - Define and improve program management processes, release mechanisms, and execution frameworks as FamPay scales. Own risk management, issue tracking, change management, and post-launch retrospectives. Drive a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and execution rigor.

Must-haves (Min. qualifications)

• 7+ years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or product management roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs end-to-end.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated consumer tech platforms.
• Proven experience driving programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple releases.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and execution.
• Strong experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Experience building scalable and sustainable execution processes in high-growth environments.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs / SLAs and reporting program health to senior leadership.
