  • Maintain detailed program status including regular updates, action items, and issue tracking with the support of cross-functional teams.
  • Manage escalation and project risks on a timely basis with effective approaches and tactics to achieve merchant satisfaction, and if necessary, to reset and align merchant expectations.
  • Continuously plan and execute improvements in program-level processes that help increase our efficiency and scalability of program execution.
  • Support Account Managers (on Boku side) on the journey of nurturing and growing partnerships with respective merchants.

We are looking for:

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs with external customers.
  • 3+ years of technical project management or technical pre-sale experience in a technical capacity, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • You have a solid technical understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and API integrations.
  • You possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • You know how to deal with demanding customers/stakeholders to manage their expectations and support their success, while ensuring smooth delivery of the program goals.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with ability to multi-task and respond flexibly to change.
  • You deal well with ambiguity and changing deadlines while keeping focused on delivering results.
  • You are an experienced self-starter with a problem-solving focus, an analytical mindset, and extreme attention to detail.
  • You are comfortable getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done. No task is beneath you.
