The role also contributes to AI-driven operational tooling while collaborating with senior infrastructure engineers and cross-functional teams.

Own key elements of the multi-entity, multi-currency group close, including journals, intercompany accounting, FX, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger postings. Support audits, strengthen financial controls, resolve aged balances, and improve accounting processes through Dynamics 365 and automation. Deputize for the General Ledger Manager and collaborate with Financial Control, Statutory Reporting, New Products, and Finance Transformation teams.

Lead partner-focused analytics for APAC: investigate conversion, churn, and payment-funnel issues; analyse large operational datasets; build dashboards and automated reports; perform root-cause analysis; collaborate with commercial teams and external partners; apply analytics engineering and emerging AI tools to improve partner outcomes.

Own and grow strategic merchant portfolios to hit revenue targets; act as primary merchant contact; develop and execute account and growth strategies; lead QBRs; coordinate cross-functional teams; maintain merchant documentation and influence product and payments roadmap.

The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for identifying and closing enterprise opportunities, managing pipeline progression, and collaborating with sales executives to achieve revenue goals.

Design and build greenfield backend payment services using Java/Spring Boot. Implement high-throughput, low-latency APIs (REST/gRPC), event-driven flows, PCI DSS compliant handling, observability, CI/CD and containerized deployments. Contribute React UI for tooling, integrate FX/treasury data where needed, and apply LLM/agentic features into production workflows.

Manage and grow DCB and local payment partnerships across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China. Own day-to-day payment operations, performance monitoring, issue resolution, partner negotiations, merchant onboarding, and cross-functional coordination to improve payment success rates and drive revenue growth. Conduct market and regulatory research, identify new partners, and deliver reports and proposals to support strategic decisions.
