Title: Senior Technical Program Manager — Metric Governance & Semantic Layer

Position Summary
Concentrix is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager — Metric Governance & Semantic Layer to support high-impact metric governance, metric rationalization, and semantic layer initiatives. In this demanding role, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex data and engineering workstreams while partnering closely with stakeholders, engineers, and leadership.

- Lead daily scrum ceremonies to review, prioritize, and advance backlog items across metric governance and semantic layer workstreams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to work through backlogs of metrics requiring analysis, rationalization, and readiness review.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support the design and implementation of metric automation capabilities.
- Work with engineers and product partners to support the design and implementation of a metric governance user interface.
- Support data analysis activities to help ensure information is prepared, validated, and ready for consumption in the metric catalog.
- Engage leadership to understand requirements, align priorities, clarify decisions, and communicate progress.
- Drive program structure, accountability, and execution across data, product, engineering, and business teams.
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement efforts to promote adoption of metric governance processes and tools.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively coordinate resolution to maintain delivery momentum.

Concentrix is a great match if you:
- 7+ years of experience required. Have experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role supporting complex technology or data initiatives.
- Bring strong experience with data, data modeling, data engineering concepts, reporting, and metric creation.
- Understand semantic layer concepts and how governed metrics support consistent, trusted business reporting.
- Can quickly onboard into a fast-moving environment and create structure where workstreams are complex or evolving.
- Are skilled at managing backlogs, facilitating scrum routines, driving follow-ups, and keeping teams aligned on priorities.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with engineering teams, business partners, and leadership stakeholders.
- Have experience engaging stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and support decision-making.
- Are comfortable partnering with engineers on technical design discussions related to automation, UI capabilities, data readiness, and metric governance.
- Bring strong change management, engagement, and program execution skills.
- Are action-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency and precision.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have direct experience supporting metric governance, metric rationalization, metric catalogs, or enterprise reporting standards.
- Have worked on semantic layer implementation, governance, or adoption initiatives.
- Have experience supporting data product, analytics platform, business intelligence, or reporting transformation programs.
- Have hands-on familiarity with Agile delivery, scrum practices, backlog management, and cross-functional planning.
- Have experience translating leadership requirements into actionable engineering, product, or data workstreams.
- Prior telecom experience a plus.
The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $120,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
