Do you want to take part in accelerating the networking solution across NVIDIA's product portfolio? We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the definition and execution of multidisciplinary CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) technology programs. We want you to partner with internal development, test, and production teams, lead subcontractors and vendors to deliver groundbreaking co-packaged optics solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage deployment of CPO assembly, package and test platforms at NV CPO CM and OSATs in Taiwan and other geographies.
Report program status to senior management, identify critical-path and bottle-necks, define, and lead execution to ensure delivery on scope/schedule/budget
Support engineering, NPI and operation task forces to resolve ad-hoc issues at remote sites
Develop and implement program management methodologies at remote sites to accelerate program execution and deployment at CM and OSATs.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. / MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 10+ years of overall experience
3+ years of track-record of product delivery (Networking HW preferred)
Background in Optical test platforms/systems development
Knowledge in Optical device testing, in High-speed electrical testing
Execution oriented with excellent social skills and human interface
Organized and able to ensure coherent decisions
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in ramping volume production, Semiconductor/optical communication industry
Experience in working with OSATs and CM
Experience in Team management
