- Manage automotive software development and releases in a highly dynamic environment.
- Define scope and manage project roadmaps, schedules, and milestones with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Handle risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies proactively.
- Improve processes and procedures within the team. Streamline day-to-day operations.
- Communicate regularly to manage expectations and provide timely updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
What we need to see:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of industry and Technical Program Management experience in software engineering and releasing commercial products.
- Track record of delivering scalable programs and process improvements in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.

- Background in embedded systems (OS, platform drivers, sensors, middleware) or other software close to the hardware stack.
- Experience in Automotive system integration.
- Experience with Jira and/or JAMA, to the point that you can be comfortable mentoring an engineering team how to use these tools with agility.
