What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help shape PTC Jetstream, our cloud and AI-native product collaboration solution. Jetstream brings internal teams, suppliers, and partners together around product information, helping them review designs, capture feedback, and carry decisions into execution.

You’ll combine customer understanding, technical depth, and sound product judgment to turn complex needs into clear priorities. Working closely with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams, you’ll own a product area from discovery through delivery and adoption. We’re looking for someone who listens, challenges assumptions, works through ambiguity, and takes responsibility for results.

What you’ll get to do

Help make product collaboration easier and more effective across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and partners. Shape experiences that let people securely review 2D and 3D content in their browser, keep feedback connected to the right design and version, and use AI to clarify discussions and next steps. Build on Jetstream’s connection with Windchill to preserve the context of decisions as work moves forward.

Own the roadmap and priorities for your product area. Work directly with customers to understand their workflows, identify friction, and validate opportunities. Translate those insights into clear requirements and partner with Engineering and Design to make informed choices about usability, technical complexity, security, and scale.

Lead work from initial concept through launch, bringing teams together to resolve dependencies and make timely decisions. Define success upfront, measure adoption and customer impact, and use what you learn to improve the product.

What experience you’ll bring

  • Typically 8+ years in software product management, including ownership of complex enterprise or SaaS products from discovery through launch.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud architecture, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, data models, and access controls.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering on technical requirements, architecture tradeoffs, scalability, security, and performance.
  • Experience delivering AI-powered capabilities, including evaluating output quality and addressing data privacy.
  • Ability to translate customer needs and product analytics into clear priorities and measurable results.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and judgment when working through ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. CAD, PLM, or engineering collaboration experience is a plus.
