We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our AI for IT and AI Lab teams. The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is accountable for driving deliverables, coordination, and operational rhythm of these teams with the target of improving IT productivity, quality, and speed across the enterprise.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
This role will support the AI for IT Team by:
The TPM partners closely with AI for IT workstream leads, architects, platform teams, and IT stakeholders to frame opportunities, drive discovery, define success criteria, and guide work through appropriate governance and delivery paths.
This role owns the AI for IT product narrative and roadmap—translating strategic intent, emerging technology, and team‑level experimentation into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives aligned to real IT workflows and measurable outcomes.
The TPM serves as the primary IT‑side product lead for assigned AI for IT initiatives—balancing innovation with pragmatism, aligning outcomes to measurable efficiency and quality gains, and ensuring AI capabilities are embedded into real IT workflows rather than treated as standalone experiments.
This role supports the AI Innovation Lab by:
The role in the AI Lab helps structure and frame AI experiments by supporting opportunity intake, problem definition, success criteria, and alignment to enterprise AI, security, and compliance standards, while coordinating cross‑functional engagement to accelerate responsible experimentation.
The TPM reinforces repeatable operating practices—including governance touchpoints, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing—to ensure insights extend beyond individual experiments.
Additionally, the role supports Lab visibility and reporting and contributes to a cohesive AI innovation narrative, ensuring learnings and validated concepts inform the broader AI for IT roadmap and portfolio.
Other Job Functions and Responsibilities
Fosters a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams.
May be responsible for the performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Generally, a minimum of 6 years of related experience that includes experience in Technical Product Management. Certification in Lean methodologies preferred, with a strong understanding of product development and development framework -- ideally Extreme Programming. User-Centered Design certification preferred.Scope of Job/Qualifications: Performs product management for complex products and may have product management duties for multiple teams. Instills Product Mindset with a balanced team approach by breaking down complex problems into simple solutions focused on important customer needs. Exhibits advanced analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive problem solving and decision-making.
