The opportunity
Managing projects or processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals and problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
How you’ll make an impact
- Responsible for the accuracy of Grid Automation asset data, building appropriate processes and maintain databases to ensure customer asset information is kept up to date.
- Analyzing data and preparing reports which allow customers to perform risk-based asset condition and cybersecurity vulnerability monitoring.
- Participating in sales support activities to promote Hitachi Energy service offering for Grid Automation.
- Ensuring an asset data is handed over to the Service Organization after project energization.
- Triage technical support cases that are registered to the COC and ensure they are properly assigned to appropriate resources
- Tracking the performance of the technical support queue and report on case resolution metrics according to agreed KPIs and the requirements specified in customer Service Level Agreements.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
