Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant who bridges the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. In this role, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise to optimize processes and enhance operations through effective implementations. This position requires a professional who combines deep technical proficiency with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 7+ years in Salesforce consulting and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and web services. Strong knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management tools.
  • Real Estate industry knowledge
  • Must hold Platform Developer I and II; Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Core Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Business Management

  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze needs and provide detailed technical design specifications.
  • Act as the primary link between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project status and timelines.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure all projects align with core business objectives and organizational compliance standards.

Technical Execution & Project Oversight

  • Oversee technical development from inception through user acceptance for projects impacting multiple departments.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
  • Proactively track technical execution progress, addressing risks and issues before they impact delivery.
  • Develop and execute rigorous test plans and participate in code reviews to ensure solution integrity and quality.

Solution Architecture & Optimization

  • Architect Salesforce solutions, including data models and integrations, that align with long-term business goals.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend enhancements that optimize platform usage.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct training sessions for users and administrators to enhance platform proficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for all customizations, configurations, integrations, and user guides.

Skills Required
