We’re looking for a Senior Technical Analyst who expects more from their career.
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Technical Corporate Systems Applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for the Environment & Release management of patches and upgrades, that underpin our core business processes. These will be primary our Oracle SaaS and OCI platforms, with a focus on security access & role management. You will ensure the continued optimization and performance of these systems while driving continuous improvements to meet the evolving needs of our global business operations. A key focus of this role will be supporting the functional teams and business owners with strong stake holder management, internally and with our external vendor support.
What we expect from you:
· Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical experience and certifications with Oracle Gen2 Tech
· Manage systems administration of Oracle Fusion set-up and maintenance
· Deep knowledge with Oracle Identity Management and Security, including roles, duties and privileges within Fusion applications
· Proven experience with Environment & Release management, Strong understanding of quarterly patching, environment refreshes, and release planning
· Proven experience of Oracle FBDA/ADFDI BIP and Visual studio builder
· Strong Oracle support and vendor management for escalations and stakeholder communications
· knowledge or experience of OAC, OIC, OCI, FDI, EPM
· Experience with programming languages like SQL, PL/SQL, Java, or similar. Including Fusion API’s
· Capable of using tools such as Copado, Jira, Gitlab, GitHub, Docker Confluence, ServiceNow etc.
· Adhere and work within ITIL standards at dunnhumby for incident, problem and root cause analysis for service management
· Develop and implement continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies
· Provide subject matter expertise and good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
