Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Technical Accountant to join our team. This role requires a strong grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), statutory reporting and financial principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and financial reports.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Develop financial projections perform financial forecasting to support business planning.
- Assist with monthly close processes.
- Execution of internal controls to comply with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
- Provide support for month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting closes, including assisting in the Company's intercompany reconciliation process as well as preparation of various Corporate Holding Companies
- Perform research and analysis as required.
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, including lease accounting; company policies; and relevant legal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
- GAAP Reporting experience required.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with statutory accounting principles preferred.
