The Senior Underwriting Specialist will underwrite multi-line risks, pursue new insurance solutions, develop broker relationships, mentor coworkers, and analyze marketing activities while ensuring compliance with underwriting rules and guidelines.

The Accounts Receivable Lead manages billing and collections for a broker book, supports a team, ensures compliance, and prepares reports.

Lead Specialty Underwriting strategy and operations to drive profitable growth, portfolio performance, and underwriting excellence. Manage and develop underwriting leaders, set risk appetite and pricing strategies, partner cross-functionally, and maintain broker and client relationships. Oversee governance, compliance, process improvements, and talent succession planning.

Support Product and IS teams by gathering and documenting requirements, writing detailed specifications and test cases, executing UAT, generating vendor issue reports, maintaining business data/rates/forms, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Independently investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims. Determine coverage and reserves, negotiate settlements, manage medical/disability and litigation strategies, coordinate with nurses and vendors, ensure timely payments/denials, and maintain compliance with jurisdictional statutes and client service expectations.

Lead an in-house legal team handling workers' compensation litigation for insured employers. Manage staff attorneys and support staff, oversee litigation strategy, prepare pleadings, take depositions, negotiate settlements, provide legal advice to claim personnel, conduct legislative/regulatory research, ensure compliance with defense counsel guidelines, deliver training, and maintain internal and external client relationships.

Support cloud platform and application delivery teams by helping build CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform/ARM), integrate security scanning and policy enforcement, document runbooks and standards, and assist with cloud provisioning and monitoring.

Support enterprise data and analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric: build data pipelines, design lakehouse/warehouse models, develop Power BI reports and semantic models, assist exploratory AI use cases, document data flows, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
