Core Responsibilities

You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to identify and engage top talent across multiple markets, including Singapore, China, India, Japan, and other APAC countries. Your local market insights and sourcing expertise will play a key role in helping us secure the best talent, not just the most available!

You’ll also collaborate with a global sourcing community that values curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Sourcing Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Design and lead sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles across APAC and China

  • Conduct market mapping to identify target organizations and talent pools

  • Leverage market insights to guide hiring strategies and identify talent trends

Candidate Identification & Engagement

  • Identify, engage, and assess talent using creative sourcing techniques, including networks and referrals

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to refine candidate shortlists based on evolving needs

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Present talent insights, market trends, and candidate profiles to stakeholders

  • Act as a trusted partner to inform hiring decisions based on external talent availability

Project Management

  • Manage multiple sourcing projects and timelines effectively

  • Anticipate challenges and adapt strategies proactively to ensure delivery

Reporting to our Senior Manager of Global Sourcing, you will be a part of the Talent, Culture & Operations team which includes talent acquisition, talent management, and learning and development. You will be a core member of a hardworking global team who pride themselves on bringing passion, energy, and fun to everything they do!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in talent sourcing, either in an agency or in-house environment

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing for complex or hard-to-fill roles across industries and functions

  • Experience working across multiple Asian markets, with exposure to China and/or India preferred

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and adapt to change

  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging both stakeholders and passive candidates

  • Strong understanding of talent markets in APAC and China and how to identify high-quality talent

  • Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, social platforms, networking, and referrals

  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, with an interest in exploring new sourcing approaches

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, cultures, and geographies

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the APAC and China region

  • Proficiency in Mandarin due to the need to engage with local stakeholders in China
