As a Senior Talent Partner at Fandom, you will spearhead our mission to identify and attract top-tier talent in a fast-paced, high-growth tech landscape, with a special emphasis on the media and entertainment industry. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, maintain robust candidate pipelines, and employ a data-centric approach to ensure we attract the best talent available.  

Your role is pivotal in fostering meaningful relationships across various internal teams and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. This role reports to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.  

You Will...

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and engagement methods to attract top talent.
  • Develop comprehensive sourcing plans, understanding role requirements to pinpoint target candidate profiles.
  • Be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Collaborate closely with both the recruiting team and hiring managers, ensuring alignment in strategies and meeting hiring goals.
  • Drive talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis to ensure a robust and competitive talent pipeline.
  • Engage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a balanced approach that prioritizes both the recruiting process and candidate experience.
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity, uphold data integrity, and proactively share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders and TA leaders.
  • Lead meetings and initiatives that aim to improve and scale our recruiting operations and processes continuously.
  • Forge meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders, including Recruiting, HR, Operations, and Hiring teams.
  • Own the offer process, from extending offers to negotiations and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for future employees.

You Have...

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, either with a search firm or in-house team, including sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
  • 2+ years experience in Technical, Engineering and/or IT recruitment.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (Fandom uses Greenhouse), data management, reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools.
  • Experience fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
  • A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Bonus Points if You Have...

  • Greenhouse and/or G-Suite experience.
  • Experience executing advanced sourcing techniques (boolean, x-ray, github, CIR, etc.)
