We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a growing tech team. This role will be responsible for all company hiring both technical and non-technical ensuring we hire the right people quickly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment: role intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection support, and joining formalities.
- Partner with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions, requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Create and post job ads across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and relevant communities.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn outreach, Boolean search, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist CVs based on must-have criteria.
- Conduct initial phone screenings (availability, salary expectations, motivation, role fit).
- Coordinate interview stages (technical & HR), manage scheduling, and ensure structured feedback via scorecards.
- Support the offer process: compensation alignment, approvals, offer letters, and candidate closing.
- Conduct reference and background checks as required.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness).
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience handling both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, referrals, proactive outreach).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Comfortable using recruitment trackers and Google Workspace / MS Office.
- Professional, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience hiring for engineering, product, and design roles.
- Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks.
