Your Role

Our Athens office stands out as the most rapidly expanding among our 19 global locations. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for hiring the top talent that will grow our EMEA regional hub. With bold expansion goals set for our Athens office, you will drive recruitment strategies to fill roles in Client Service, Business Development, and diverse corporate functions.

A Day in Your New Role

  • Manage full lifecycle hiring processes for Client Service, Corporate, and other operational roles
  • Build university relationships to further develop our Athens Campus Program with the intention of branding Guidepoint as an employer of choice across EMEA
  • Execute creative talent acquisition strategies to develop an active candidate pipeline  
  • Serve as an Advisor to hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the EMEA region

Qualities You Have

  • BA/BS degree 
  • 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting 
  • Passion for hiring entry-level talent, providing the best-in-class candidate experience  
  • Ninja headhunting skills and the ability to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools 
  • Excitement for working in a high-volume recruitment environment 
  • Creative mindset and a willingness to think outside the box to attract top talent
