We are searching for a mission-driven Talent Acquisition Partner who can articulate the work Sword Health is doing to free millions of people from pain. The ideal candidate is more than a recruiter. They are a partner who understands the challenges and hiring needs of the hiring managers they support . They know how to find the best talent in the market and how to develop a sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate understands they are the critical first impression for thousands of candidates seeking an opportunity at Sword Health. The ideal candidate will be ready to recruit for positions across the company as needed, and not just Technology. Our priority as a Talent Acquisition team is hiring against the most critical priorities so while your primary focus will indeed be tech and engineering, it is possible that from time to time you will be needed in other high priority areas as well.

What you will do:

• Regularly partner with Technology and other hiring managers to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and prepare for new requisitions;
• Develop sourcing strategies to bring the best technical talent and to maintain consistent volume, quality, and diverse pipeline;
• Manage hiring funnels in partnership with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience with thoughtful, interviewer feedback, allowing for confident decision making;
• Coach hiring managers through the offer process, and extend offers when appropriate;
• Ensure ATS (Lever) is up to date and current, allowing for accurate reporting and data integrity.

What you need to be successful:

• +5 years in technical recruiting and passive sourcing ideally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment;
• Personable attitude with the ability to concisely communicate the Sword vision;
• A growing network of sources and candidates for opportunities at Sword;
• Exceptional people skills to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage dozens of candidates across multiple requisitions;
• A team player who is a great recruiter and someone who is also willing to help out and partner with the other members of the Talent Team.
