What We Need
NetBrain is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for our Go-To-Market and Corporate teams — including Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, HR, and People Experience. We need someone who can independently source and engage passive talent when applications alone aren't enough, build strong candidate relationships, and manage a full requisition load without letting priority roles slip. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and People Experience Business Partners to build strong pipelines and close great talent quickly.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for open roles across Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, HR, and People Experience, from intake through offer close
- Lead intake calls with hiring leaders to understand the needs and nice-to-haves of their roles, and to establish a consistent and intentional interview process
- Independently source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels when inbound applications aren't enough to build a strong pipeline
- Use Claude to help build ideal candidate profiles (ICPs) and structured scoring rubrics that keep hiring manager and interview panel evaluations consistent and objective
- Partner with hiring managers and People Experience Business Partners (PXBPs) to define role requirements, interview plans, and evaluation criteria
- Lead offer negotiations directly with candidates and educate them on NetBrain's salary ranges and job architecture, partnering with the Manager of Talent Acquisition on final offer approval
- Know how to gather the information you need to recruit effectively — and how to move a search forward productively when the full picture isn't available
- Manage a multi-requisition workload, organizing and re-prioritizing as new obligations come up so top-priority roles always get the time they need without letting other open roles stall
- Keep pipeline and requisition status accurate and up to date in the ATS so hiring managers and TA leadership always have visibility
What You Bring
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in the tech/software industry
- A track record of full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market and/or Corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, HR)
- Comfort sourcing passive talent independently — you don't wait for applications to come to you
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a full requisition load and adapt when priorities shift
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR/People teams throughout the hiring process
- Sound judgment for gathering the right information to make a hiring decision, and the ability to move forward productively when some information is missing
- Comfort using AI tools like Claude to support recruiting workflows such as candidate profiles and scoring rubrics
- Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
- Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

What We Do
Founded in 2004, NetBrain Automation is the most widely adopted no-code network automation and visibility platform, providing network operators and engineers with the ability to transform their core workflows associated with hybrid network management. Through the use of desired Intents, any multi-vendor and multi-cloud infrastructure can now be managed from the top-down based upon establishing and maintaining those intents (rather than managing by device configuration alone). By discovering every aspect of any hybrid network, all the way from the edge to the cloud, and transforming this into a robust digital twin which understands the intention of each component, engineers and operators can maintain the integrity of the network by simply managing their intended results. Today, more than 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers use NetBrain to simplify their management tasks, reduce MTTRs, ensure compliance and provide a top-down understanding of how the network is supporting their business requirements directly. NetBrain is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, with employees located across the United States and Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, India, and China
