Provide day-to-day logistics support for assigned drilling rigs: create and follow up on Transport Orders and Purchase Orders, match invoices, track shipments, maintain shipment documentation in IFS, comply with SOPs, and meet team KPIs.

Support installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of subsea well control equipment (BOP stacks, control pods, hydraulic/multiplex systems). Perform inspections, pressure and function tests, maintain logs, assist ROV operations, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate with rig teams, and participate in planning and after-action reviews. Lead Accountant oversees accurate, timely financial reporting and bookkeeping for Gdansk entities, manages month- and year-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, audits, and relationships with external accountants and tax advisors to ensure Group and statutory compliance.

Implement and maintain OT security across on-premises and cloud environments: assess controls, review network device installs, test and upgrade defenses, respond to incidents, advise projects, and train staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.
