Manage fleet training compliance, maintain training data quality and reporting, support audits, monitor Training Management Service performance, and develop/implement training processes and policies.

Lead the regional HR advisory team and act as HR Partner to Operations leadership. Provide day-to-day logistics support for assigned drilling rigs: create and follow up on Transport Orders and Purchase Orders, match invoices, track shipments, maintain shipment documentation in IFS, comply with SOPs, and meet team KPIs.

Supervise and support setup, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) and subsea well control systems. Provide design input, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee vendors, audit quality, support rig operations offshore, produce reports, and assist with equipment procurement and certification management.

Support installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of subsea well control equipment (BOP stacks, control pods, hydraulic/multiplex systems). Perform inspections, pressure and function tests, maintain logs, assist ROV operations, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, coordinate with rig teams, and participate in planning and after-action reviews. Rotational offshore role (28/28).

Administers US health and welfare benefits programs, processes enrollments and qualifying life events, audits and reconciles benefits data with HRIS/payroll/vendors, supports system integrations, manages billing reconciliation, answers employee benefits inquiries, and ensures regulatory compliance and confidentiality.

Support the Supply Chain Specialist with purchasing, invoice matching, shipment tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies for drilling rigs.

The Project Procurement Assistant supports procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders, coordinates with project teams and suppliers, and monitors deliveries to meet project schedules.

Support Talent Acquisition team with recruitment processes, including candidate screening, pre-employment tasks, events coordination, and data management while ensuring alignment with HR objectives.
