About the role:

As a Senior Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our teams in new key markets. You will be working closely with the Head of Talent and the Executive Leadership team to scale Aspire in the United States. You will be part of an amazing team responsible for attracting like-minded A-players to join our fast-growing organization while owning exciting people projects that impact the overall success of Aspire. 

Key responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Partner with hiring managers to advise and understand hiring needs including developing talent pipeline globally
  • Own the full end to end recruiting process while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Proactively build a pipeline of talent to ensure the business has readily accessible talent in the market
  • Work on projects to upscale the Talent and HR Operations functions at Aspire
  • Be involved in employer branding initiatives regionally 
  • Support the delivery of people processes across the employee lifecycle 
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees in the new markets, escalating more complex queries appropriately within the department 
  • Provide information and advice regarding the organization's policies and processes, while ensuring compliance with the organization's standard operating procedures and local legislative requirements 

Minimum qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of end to end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills 
  • Collaborative and proactive stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, policies, regulations, including employment law and compliance requirements 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working at a FinTech and/or a startup environment is a plus
  • Working in a globally distributed recruiting team

Pay and benefits: The annual US base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $130,000. This salary range may cover a number of levels at Aspire and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, performance in the interview process and final location.
