CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.
The Opportunity:
Provide Sr. Systems Engineering and Technical Support to the Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Solution for use in Zero Trust Implementations. You will work with an existing ICAM capability team (JBLOCKS) to define requirements, develop architecture, and design documentation, perform technology assessments, and support risk mitigation assessments. You will be expected to provide technical expertise in industry, federal, and DoD standards/policies as well as create and maintain ICAM Zero Trust documentation to include release notes, installation and user guides, frameworks, SOPs, and plans in accordance with Zero Trust mandates. To be successful in this role you should understand technologies like REST, Oracle/MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, JSON, XML, Docker, AWS, Nifi, Single Sign-On (OAuth and SAML) in order to manage requirements definition across the integrated ICAM solution.
Responsibilities:
Day to day duties will include research technical topics and apply it to different improvement areas, author documentation on technical topics including detailing how to use and configure system components and advisory documentation to support ICAM installation and planning.
- Researching and analyzing cloud security environments
- Identifying capability gaps and enhancements for current ICAM services
- Defining implementation processes
- Outlining hardware and software considerations
- Must be able to assist the software developers with tracking and defining requirements, sprint planning/scheduling, design input/changes, and testing support
Qualifications:
Required:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- 15+ years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 20 years.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$119,800 - $263,600
