JR62286 Senior Systems Engineer - UCC

• Define, architect (design), and implement enterprise communication and meeting solutions covering email, voice, video, chat, and teleconferencing
• Define, in conjunction with users and service providers, the quality standards required to support business collaboration
• Actively participate in developing operational models, processes, and procedures
• Manage system setup and standardization of features and usage (Teams, Zoom, Poly, Audiocodes)
• Install, configure, upgrade, support, and maintain on premise Audiocodes and Poly environments
• Create system documentation, testing, training, and post-deployment/upgrade assessments including regular system health checks for UCC platforms
• Enable and support the use of mobility for voice, video and sharing of content

Taking care of UCC products & issues at L3 level
Taking care of New UCC projects (for the design review level and facility documents level supports)
Taking care of 3rd party co-ordinations
Taking care of firmware update for the new & existing UCC products
Giving training for the new team members & L2/L3 employees
Taking care of L3 level tickets 
Taking care of Zoom Room issues at HYD & BLR
Zoom Webinar - organize and support for APAC level
Big event co-ordination and support at HYD (Like ATM & All Hands meetings)
Co-ordination work with Global partners for the UCC related tickets 

Accountable for UCC infrastructure and zoom integration is maintained and functioning appropriately.
Contribute towards new UCC infrastructure deployment and migration of existing infra to cloud.

Participate in developing Processes and Procedures for UCC teams daily business.

Install, configure, upgrade, support UCC on prem/ could infrastructure.

Define, design and implement enterprise communication and meeting solutions specifically for voice, video and teleconferencing.

Participate in new Project deployments for Microns Hyderabad and Bengaluru offices.

Co-ordinate with Global partners for UCC platform (zoom, poly) to ensure organizations UCC platform is up and running within agreed SLA.

Support and Participate in developing Processes and Procedures for UCC teams daily business, webinars and Big events.

Ability to Engage and manage the vendors with regards to UCC Domain 

Acts as Technical Lead for HYD/BLR site UCC operations and Engineering activities

Monitor and support the Indian and Global site 's UCC infrastructure

Support Global Support Operations via Service Now tickets and incidents

Lead/Implement any new projects related to Zoom/Telephony/AV. 

Ability to understand the requirements and build new solutions for Business or end users in UCC space

Ability to leverage Scripting and automation for future requirements

Mentor and Train the L2/L3 Engineers on new activities and issues

Manage shift UCC operations and lead assigned reportees towards their career growth and succession

Volunteer for organization wide initiatives at GDC
