This role helps business stakeholders identify opportunities, solve complex system challenges, and maximize value from technology investments. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills, technical knowledge, vendor management experience, and leadership capabilities.
A Day in the Life:

Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and recommend technology solutions.
Serve as the liaison between business teams, software development teams, vendors, and service providers.
Lead requirements gathering workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
Document business and functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and testing plans.
Lead root cause analysis efforts for application failures and recurring incidents.
Collaborate with developers and architects to define technical solutions and evaluate tradeoffs.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including vendor selection, contracts, and performance reviews.
Support SAP S/4HANA-related initiatives and integrations.
Develop regional technology roadmaps and identify opportunities to reduce redundancy and operational costs.
Facilitate application testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Mentor and guide other analysts while helping improve team performance and collaboration.
Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously across regional and global business functions.
Who We're Looking For
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of overall IT/IS experience, including application development, systems analysis, and/or systems architecture.
7+ years of experience working with third-party vendors.
Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Strong root cause analysis and production support experience.
Ability to analyze application failures and identify permanent solutions.
Experience working within Agile environments.
Experience presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
Experience conducting process improvement and gap analysis activities.
Strong working knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem, including core modules, integrations, business process flows, SAP BTP, Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio, GRC, and Clean Core methodologies.
Desired:
Master's degree.
Experience working with offshore teams.
Experience supporting global organizations and cross-regional initiatives.
Prior leadership or mentoring experience.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps.
