Join Ericsson as a Senior System PLM Architect and help shape how commercial portfolio data, structures and lifecycle information are defined, governed and integrated across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and enterprise systems.
In this role, you will translate complex business needs into scalable and sustainable PLM and integration solutions that support Ericsson's business transformation. You will work across business, product, architecture and development communities to create connected solutions that provide trusted information, clear ownership and effective end-to-end lifecycle management.

What you will do
- Lead system studies and solution evaluations for new commercial portfolio objects, attributes, relationships and business capabilities within the PLM domain.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable PLM and enterprise integration solutions.
- Drive the introduction and evolution of commercial structures, portfolio concepts and lifecycle information supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Own end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment and production go-live.
- Lead the design and implementation of commercial integrations involving 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and connected enterprise systems, including DAP/Snowflake, ECP, SAP/MDH and Premium Plus.
- Perform cross-system impact assessments to identify business, process, data and integration implications of proposed changes.
- Define and govern information ownership, traceability and Single Source of Truth principles across the commercial ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional-area representatives, product owners, consuming-system teams, architects and developers to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, architecture reviews and solution discussions to drive stakeholder alignment and timely decisions.
- Produce system studies, solution proposals, architecture recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring architecture compliance, solution quality and business value realization.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and organizations to manage dependencies, risks and successful delivery of business-critical capabilities.
You will bring
- Strong hands-on expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE / 3DX PLM.
- Proven experience in PLM, enterprise architecture, system architecture or solution architecture.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable architecture and integration solutions.
- Good understanding of commercial portfolio structures, product information, lifecycle concepts, data relationships and cross-system dependencies.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations across enterprise platforms, APIs, data services or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of information ownership, data governance, traceability, data quality and Single Source of Truth principles.
- Experience leading system studies, solution evaluations, architecture reviews and end-to-end technical delivery.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical organizations.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, resolve complex dependencies and drive decisions in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with PRIM is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience with connected enterprise platforms such as Snowflake, SAP/master-data environments or similar technologies is an advantage.
