- Develop monthly supplier forecasts and ensure material availability aligned with demand and production requirements
- Execute the site supply planning model by implementing planning processes, tools, and performance reporting
- Analyze demand signals and translate them into material and production plans using planning systems
- Create capacity plans to identify bottlenecks, mitigate supply risks, and optimize resource utilization
- Define and maintain safety stock levels based on demand variability and supply lead times
- Track and ensure execution of supply plans, proactively addressing back orders and supply risks
- Coordinate product lifecycle planning, including introductions and phase-outs, with cross-functional teams
- Monitor and drive supply chain KPIs (e.g., plan attainment, inventory targets, utilization), identify root causes of deviations, and recommend corrective actions
