- Design and implement AI-enabled, event-driven workflows to automate high-volume supply chain tasks such as vendor communication, data validation, and reporting.
- Deploy intelligent document processing solutions to extract and standardize data from invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.
- Develop predictive models to identify potential disruptions and trigger mitigation actions.
- Enable self-service reporting through natural language access to supply chain data.
- Lead integration of AI solutions with ERP and planning systems to ensure seamless, real-time data flow.
- Unify data across forecasting, S&OP, and operational tools, reducing manual reconciliation.

What you need to have:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or Operations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in a supply chain environment, with ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives and measurable impact.
- Proven experience using and training LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to drive business process transformation
- Strong functional knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain planning tools, including API and SQL-based integrations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and programming (SQL required; Python or R preferred).
- Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Make) and SaaS integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, data modeling, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
- Excellent communication and change management skills, able to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
