THE ROLE:Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Blow Mold Department to join our team.The Senior Supervisor, Blow Mold Manufacturing is responsible and accountable for achieving blow molding departmental production requirements across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). This role provides senior-level leadership for blow mold operations, overseeing direct reports and ensuring consistent execution of standards, processes, and expectations across all shifts.
This position is critical to building and sustaining a high-performing team through effective supervision, training, coaching, and development of supervisors and operators.WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Ensure safe work practices and partner with EHS to promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Provide end-to-end leadership for blow mold manufacturing operations across all shifts.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for safety, quality, production, equipment, and people-related issues.
- Directly lead, coach, and develop direct reports consisting of leads, technicians, and operators; support training and certification of team.
- Ensure attainment of production plans while meeting quality, delivery, and cost goals.
- Promote and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma tools.
- 5+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably blow molding or plastics.
- 1-2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required (multi-shift supervision preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience with lean and/or six sigma methodologies preferred.

- Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
