As an Identity and Access Management - Sr Associate, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. In this role within our Technology Consulting practice, you will engage with clients to identify vulnerabilities and develop secure systems. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, helping to uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while contributing to safeguarding sensitive data through advanced cybersecurity strategies.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access rights using systems like Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Developing solutions for federated identity management and identity verification processes
- Utilizing encryption technologies and identity-based encryption to safeguard data
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cybersecurity measures and IT governance frameworks
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for access management improvements
- Navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing business contexts to deliver quality solutions
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs in cybersecurity initiatives
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
