Job DescriptionTo drive and scale strategic enablement from Offshore centres into Africa, aligning offshore capabilities with the needs of African commercial clients. This role ensures the seamless integration of the Africa-Offshore value proposition, enabling agile teams, enhancing client experience, and promoting sustainable growth through collaboration with offshore-based stakeholders

Experience Required
- Able to demonstrate experience (8-10 years) managing a broad range of projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics.
- Significant (8-10 years) experience in influencing stakeholders at different levels across a multiple of disciplines to achieve shared outcomes, specifically within a financial services environment.
Key Outputs
- Lead the execution of Africa-focused strategic initiatives from Offshore centres, ensuring offshore capabilities are aligned to the commercial priorities, growth ambitions, and client needs of African markets.
- Develop and champion the Africa-Offshore strategic enablement framework, creating a consistent operating model, governance structure, and communication approach that embeds offshore capabilities across African client value chains.
- Provide strategic advisory to Offshore and African stakeholders on market opportunities, regulatory considerations, and operating models that optimise client outcomes while maintaining compliance across offshore jurisdictions.
- Strengthen collaboration between African and Offshore business units, fostering alignment across Coverage, Product, Operations and Support teams to accelerate execution of strategic initiatives and improve delivery to clients.
- Embed Africa-specific client insights into Offshore propositions, ensuring products, services and engagement models reflect the unique commercial, regulatory and operational dynamics of African markets.
- Drive the integration of Offshore capabilities into African client journeys, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, unlock cross-border solutions, and increase commercial value for clients operating across jurisdictions.
- Influence strategic investment and prioritisation decisions by evaluating opportunities across African markets and recommending initiatives that maximise client impact, revenue growth and long-term sustainability.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Africa-originated offshore business, using data and commercial insights to identify trends, measure strategic outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance business performance.
- Act as the central strategic liaison between Africa and Offshore centres, ensuring alignment of priorities, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful execution of cross-border initiatives.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance the client experience, and strengthen Offshore value proposition to African commercial clients.
