What You'll Do
- Lead Project Management Initiatives
- Spearhead project discussions, providing clear direction and guidance to the team.
- Define project scope, assessment, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and internal standards
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Drive Execution and Delivery
- Manage and track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
- Oversee the testing and implementation of new processes and improvements.
- Collaborate and Communicate Effectively
- Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and ensure buy-in.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and partner groups.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to update stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Champion Continuous Improvement
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Research and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of new projects.
- Mentorship and Leadership
- Provide guidance and support to Shared Services Specialists and Business Analysts.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
What You'll Need
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in the financial services or lending industry and contact center fundamentals would be an advantage
- Familiarity with Google Looker Studio and Snowflake a plus
