This position reports to:
Statutory Reporting Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide statutory accounting and reporting expertise across ABB Group. Each day, you will support the preparation and review of financial statements for non-complex reporting units, while coordinating audit activities and addressing accounting and reporting issues with key stakeholders. You will also ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements by identifying statutory adjustments, preparing bridges to statutory financial statements, and supporting the continuous improvement of the statutory reporting process.

This role is contributing to the Statutory Compliance Services Team within ABB Group globally. The main stakeholders are the Statutory Reporting Team, auditors, and local reporting units. The role reports to the Statutory Reporting Manager in Łódź.
Key Responsibilities:
Playing an active role in financial statement preparation and audit processes for non-complex reporting units
Driving and supporting audit processes by scheduling and conducting planning and status meetings
Project managing the audit process and coordinating activities with relevant stakeholders
Collaborating with all stakeholders involved in audit and financial statement preparation processes on identified issues
Identifying statutory adjustments for non-complex reporting units
Preparing bridges to statutory financial statements for non-complex reporting units

Qualifications:
You are highly skilled in accounting and auditing processes within an international industrial group
You have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or a similar finance function
Possess knowledge of IFRS regulations and guidelines
You are passionate about project management and organization
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
You are at ease communicating in English
